The FastGene NGS Library Quantification kit was developed to reduce the variability in cluster density, resulting in improved sequencing results. The standards have been designed to allow a perfect concentration determination. The superior qPCR Master Mix included in the FastGene NGS Library Quantification kit is able to detect even the smallest amount of libraries. FastGene NGS Library Quantification kit comes with primers which are specific to the Illumina adapters. along with five very stable standards. These standards are used to generate a standard curve to determine the concentration of a diluted library. All components of the FastGene NGS Library Quantification kit are submitted to repeated controls to ensure that there is minimal batch to batch difference. Additionally, freeze-thaw experiments of the components of the FastGene NGS Library Quantification kit showed that there were no significant changes after repeatedly freeze-thawing the kit.
