PwrPOP™ polymers are high-performance capillary electrophoresis separation matrices compatible with all ABI Genetic Analysers. The PwrPOP range of polymers are alternatives to the POP™ range of polymers (4, 6 and 7 respectively), each optimised for both sequencing and fragment analysis. They work optimally with sequencing reaction samples using SupreDye™ and BigDye® chemistries.
