Midori Green XTRA Agarose Tablets are a clean and fast solution for preparing agarose gels without time consuming weighing steps. These tablets already contain the ultra-sensitive DNA stain MIDORI Green Xtra for the safe detection of nucleic acids. The agarose tablets only has to be disolved in pure water. After heating and pouring, the gel solution is read for loading. The Midori Green DNA Stain, TAE powder, and agarose components are all integrated in a solid pressed tablet, so no other addition of further ingredients is necessary. As an alternative to ethidium bromide, Midori Green stains are a safe, non-carcinogenic workflow.
