Cotton (Gossypium hirsutum) Cry1 refers to genetically modified cotton that expresses Cry1 insecticidal proteins derived from Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt), providing resistance against key lepidopteran pests such as cotton bollworm, particularly Helicoverpa armigera and Helicoverpa punctigera. Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification (LAMP) is a molecular biology technique that copies DNA or RNA at a single, constant temperature.
