Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cubense - distinguishes between race 4 and sub-tropical race4 - 50rxns - 1 vial of 50rxns of master mix and 1vial of 50rxns of primer-probe mix
The Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cubense (Race 4) LAMP assay mastermix (OPG-PK-F.oxysporum_R4-050W) is designed to simplify the preparation of an isothermal amplification assay to detect Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cubense race4 and distinguish it from sub-tropical race4. The SNP Isothermal master mix contains a proprietary fast, novel DNA polymerase, proprietary thermostable inorganic pyrophosphatase, optimised reaction buffer, MgSO4, dNTPs, ds-DNA binding dye (FAM detection channel) and a separate optimised Primer and Probe Mix.

Stability:
The Isothermal Master Mix wet reagents are stable for a minimum of twelve months when stored at -20ºC in a non-frost-free freezer.
Supplied Reagents:
- 1 vial containing 50rxn SNP Isothermal Master Mix
- 1 vial containing 50rxn of F.oxysporum Race4 Primer and Probe Mix
We do NOT advise pre-mixing the primers with the Master Mix and storing the pre-mixed
reaction mix.
